Dear Friends and Neighbors:
As Lavel and I prepare to move. I am writing you to share with you the successful experience we had in the
sale of our home. A home we have lived in for 34 years. We raised our children here and have so many
cherished memories.
As many of you know, the selling process can be very stressful. We interviewed more than 8 realtors before
we found a match. We are very pleased that we chose Douglas & Moore Real Estate. Nina and Donald
are amazing. They sold our home at 247 Oakhurst Place, Menlo Park for $1,300,000. That is the highest
sale price for a 3 bedroom home in Suburban Park to date.
They are an independent company and are willing to go the extra mile. Their work ethics matched ours and
they have an aggressive marketing program. They worked long hours along with us to get the house ready.
They saved us money by directing and helping to stage and Feung Shui the house. I barely recognized the
new decorated home after the work was done.
In the meantime, we are very happy and want to say thanks for all of the great memories of living with great
